Every Olofane piece is unique, so we provide custom pricing. Add the pieces you are interested in to your price list and send us your request: we will email you the information as soon as possible. We will also be delighted to assist you at our Madrid store.
No. Requesting a price is a non-binding inquiry and does not reserve the piece. Since these are unique pieces, availability is maintained until the purchase is confirmed, meaning another interested party could acquire it beforehand. We appreciate your understanding.
Not at that moment either. Even if you accept the price list and the invoice process begins, the piece will remain available until we receive your proof of payment. Therefore, if in the meantime another person completes the process and sends us their receipt, the piece will become theirs and we will no longer be able to reserve it for you. We therefore recommend that you send us your proof of payment as soon as possible.
Once you receive your price list, you can complete the purchase directly from the same email. We currently work with bank transfer; once you have made the payment, please send the receipt to info@olofane.com to finalize your order. The purchase link is valid for 24 hours.
Yes. All our prices for Spain are shown with VAT included. For shipments outside of Spain, the transaction is exempt from VAT, as will be indicated in your price list.
Our pieces are delicate and we prepare them with the utmost care. Therefore, the cost is always itemized as “shipping and packaging”. If you prefer, you can pick up your piece at our Madrid store free of charge; if custom box packaging is required for transport, this is quoted separately. We will be more than happy to advise you on the best option for each piece.
Some of our pieces allow for customization—for example, in the finish, color, or certain details. In these cases, the piece is purchased first and the customization is carried out afterwards, quoted separately depending on the details we agree upon with you. We will be delighted to discuss whatever you have in mind with you.
Yes. For pieces that require restoration or specific work, we first formalize the acquisition of the piece and, once confirmed, we begin the work, with its corresponding cost detailed in advance. We will keep you informed throughout the entire process, as attention to detail is part of what sets us apart.
